Returns

Our products are built to last. They are tested before final assembly and carefully packaged before shipping.

We design our products to live up to regular abuse in the harshest of conditions, and believe us when we say that our customers put them to the test !

Even though we take all precautions, our products are quite complex electronic systems and sometimes something can go wrong.

As motorsport products, all of our range has to endure constant NVH exposure which sometimes can lead to component failure.

We provide a 1 year RTB (Return to Base) Warranty on all of our products. That means you are covered to return the product within 1 year from the point of sale.

All we need is proof of purchase from the supplier and we will try to get you back up and running as quickly as possible.

Here's how the returns process works;

1. Contact us either by email (info@summittech.co.uk) or call us on 0845 257 0252 during UK business hours to notify us of the issue. Sometimes, small faults can be rectified remotely.

2. Box up all parts (excluding the wiring loom), add your return address and a note describing the issue, then send to us at the following address;

RETURNS, Summit Technologies Limited, 38 Cornhill Avenue, Hockley, Essex, SS5 5BZ

  • 3. Once we receive your return, we will contact you to confirm receipt. We will investigate the problem.
  • 4. Depending on the nature of the fault and validity of the warranty, we aim to turn around repairs within 2 weeks from receipt. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
  • Please note: Return shipping back to you is at our cost. We currently use Royal Mail tracked for UK returns and FedEx for International Orders.
